Never rowed before? Would like to give it go?
We welcome members of all ages that are new rowing. Your first season of rowing will be fun filled and challenging. Rowing is a physically demanding sport that requires focus and determination. As a novice rower you will be well supported and taught how to row as well as taken through some key land based training exercises using the rowing machine and other equipment. Our coaches are experienced and well versed in all things rowing and they will be by your side while you learn. If this does not sound you check out our other memberships on offer.
Keep an eye out for our winter learn to row sessions. For more information or to join our mailing list email - firstname.lastname@example.org
Coaches & Commitee
The Club is privilege to have a passionate and loyal committee, with many volutneering their time for for 10years+. Our committee is the engine room and leadership group of the Club.
We plan and execute numerous fundraising activities every year, as well as ensure our members have a great experience. We do this by organising good uniforms and getting information out in a timely manner to coaches, members, parents and sponsors.
Being on the Committee does not have to be an onerous task. We understand that everyone has busy lives but we have roles large and small, ongoing and one-off, and we are open to job sharing too.
Our coaches are some of the best in the sport. With some having been involved in the sport for more than 20 years, you can be assured you are learning from the best.
If you are interested in being part of the Club's engine room and leadership group please contact the Secretary today via email@example.com.
