After a two year enforced break - our Masters regatta is back!!

We have been unable to run our masters regatta for two years now due to weather and date clashes.  2019 will see masters racing return to Lake Ngaroto.  The quick 800m course makes for good sprint racing.   The regatta is on Saturday, 13 April and entries close on Monday, 8 April.  With low entry fees that also include a beverage and burger at the end of the day, this r

January Training Details

It is up to each rower to improve and build their own fitness during the break! To ensure this occurs, we ask that you do at least 15km of running each week during the holiday period. This can be done in smaller lots, though no less than 3km Lake Ngaroto run is 5.7kms Hill and stair running are strongly encouraged to build leg strength A Kakepuku or Hakarimata Summit Track run
